REQUIREMENTS

Age & ID: All Renters must be 21 years of age or older and must present a valid U.S. driver's license or ID at the time of rental.

Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit per watercraft is required, payable via Zelle, Venmo, or card.

• Zelle/Venmo: The remaining balance will be released on the same day.
• Credit/Debit Card: A $500 pre-authorization will be placed, with the hold released within 1-6 business days after being captured. The card used and an ID matching the name on the card must be presented.

The remaining balance of the security deposit will be returned after the watercraft passes inspection, provided there are no damages. Fuel costs and any applicable sales tax may be deducted from the deposit.

FUEL POLICY
The watercraft comes with a full tank of fuel. Fuel costs will be deducted from the $500 deposit if there are no damages. Fuel consumption can vary depending on the weight of the watercraft, water conditions, and distance traveled during the day. On average $20 per hour of actual drive time.

WATERCRAFT CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made at least five days (120 hours) before the rental start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within five days of the rental start date are non-refundable. However, the amount paid can be credited toward another rental within one year, but it cannot be transferred to another person
